Arsenic Fashions Original Designs:
Arsenic Fashions Original Designs are custom made to fit you! The average turnaround time for handmade orders is 3-4 weeks; corsets are more time-intensive and will take about 4-6 weeks.
Alchemy Gothic:
I do my orders with Alchemy Gothic once a month, view the Alchemy Gothic page for the next order date.
Leg Avenue:
Many of my Leg Avenue items are kept in stock, however they sell quickly & occasionally I have to reorder.
I order from Leg Avenue about once to twice a week; if the item is in-stock at the warehouse it generally takes about 3-5 days to get to me. Backordered items may take up to 2 months if production is slow. Email me to check availability!
Demonia/Pleaser:
The Demonia purses are kept in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days. Because of the large variety of shoes & sizes available, the Demonia & Pleaser shoes and boots are ordered after your purchase is made - I do my orders approximately once a week or once every other week, depending on how many orders come in. I will notify you immediately if your shoes/boots are backordered with Demonia.

Each Arsenic Fashions original item we sell is handmade with care and close attention to detail. I use both a serger and sewing maching to give you both professional quality edging and long-lasting garments that you will be able to enjoy for years!
If you need a rush order, be sure to e-mail me to make sure we can finish your item in the time required. There will be an increase in cost depending on what you are ordering and how soon you need it.
Additionally, if you need something rushed, wait until you hear from me to place your order! Do not place an order, then email me asking if I can meet your deadline, and then expect a refund because you don't want to pay a rush order fee. Please make sure have read all terms before you send your money! Thanks :)
Refund Policy:
Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges on our handmade items unless there is a defect in the product.
Any returns or exchanges for other clothing & jewelry must be pre-approved, if you do not have a refund transaction # included with your return it will not be honored. If you are approved for a refund or exchange, there is a 25% restocking fee added. Please make sure to double-check your shopping cart before purchase!
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS WHEN ORDERING! NO REFUNDS will be given because you ordered the wrong size.
