The tulle is gathered with an elastic waist and hangs over a black satin lining that is a few inches shorter than the tulle. Tulle colors are very vibrant and this skirt will be sure to get you noticed! Each skirt is made to measure for comfort and style. The extra full skirts are made with double the material for extra volume.
